Are you ready for UNGER?

Okay, we don't have a red carpet (yet). But we do have open doors and some compelling arguments in favor of training at UNGER. The advantages you have as a UNGER trainee:

Start of training: Start of the school year in Saxony

Duration of training: That depends entirely on the occupation. As a rule, it takes 2 to 3.5 years. However, if your performance is very good, the time can be shortened.

Salary: From the first year of training, we pay €1,000 per month.

Vacation: 25 days

Training quality: In order to ensure high-quality training, it is carried out within a network. This means that the practical content taught is adapted to the curriculum of UNGER's network partners. At UNGER, every trainee is directly involved in everyday practical work.

UNGER bonuses:

• Full coverage of all work materials, books, and tools necessary for training.
• Performance bonus for good grades
• Two training days/year: get to know all UNGER locations, team-building activities such as monster scooter events, escape rooms, amusement parks, etc.
• We treat you fairly and place our trust in you. You will, of course, be involved in operational processes and be assigned your first exciting tasks.
